By accessing the SnakeLoop Studio website or participating in our game development and playtesting phases, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services or participate in our game testing programs.

SnakeLoop Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and games constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All content published on this site, including but not limited to retro arcade visuals, game code, snake mechanics, sound effects, scores, graphical assets, and written materials, are the intellectual property of SnakeLoop Studio.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our game assets without explicit written permission. Early access builds and beta versions provided during playtesting remain the exclusive property of SnakeLoop Studio.

SnakeLoop Studio frequently grants access to pre-release "beta" versions of our retro arcade titles for testing purposes. You acknowledge that these versions are provided "as-is" and may contain bugs, errors, or unbalanced difficulty curves.

• Beta progress and high scores may be wiped at any time.
• You agree to report bugs accurately and maintain confidentiality regarding unannounced features.
• SnakeLoop Studio is not liable for any data loss occurring as a result of installing testing builds.

When participating in our community leaderboards or submitting feedback through our contact channels, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. We reserve the right to ban users from our platforms, leaderboards, and future beta tests for harassment, cheating, or reverse-engineering our proprietary arcade game logic.

In no event shall SnakeLoop Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our games and website.
